FAA Part 137 (Agricultural Aircraft Operations)
Tex-Air Drone is fully authorized to operate as an Air Operator and conduct Commercial Agricultural Aircraft Operations using Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), including the legal dispensing of economic poisons.
Tex-Air has met the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration Act of 1958, as amended, and the rules, regulations, and standards prescribed therein, for the issuance of this certificate and is authorized to operate as an Air Operator and conduct Commercial Agricultural Aircraft Operations Unmanned Aircraft Systems in accordance with said Act and its rules, regulations, and standards; Dispensing of Economic Poisons Allowed. This certificate is not transferable and, unless canceled, suspended, superseded, surrendered or revoked, shall continue in effect: Indefinitely.

FAA Part 107 (Remote Pilot Certification)
Tex-Air Drone pilots are fully qualified to exercise the privileges of Remote Pilot Certification.

USDOT Compliance
Tex-Air Drone maintains full compliance with all U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) commercial driver’s license requirements.
State Agricultural Licenses (TDA, ODAFF, NMDA)
Tex-Air Drone maintains a current Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Commercial Pesticide Applicator License, along with reciprocal licensing for Oklahoma (ODAFF) and New Mexico (NMDA).
